HOW WE STARTED
Built out of frustration with generic tools.
Siphur started because we kept seeing the same thing: businesses buying software that almost solved their problem, then spending years working around the parts that did not fit. The tools were fine. The fit was wrong.
We started building custom instead. Not because custom is always better, but because the businesses we work with have specific operations, specific constraints, and specific ways of working that no off-the-shelf product was designed for.
The result is a practice built entirely around understanding first and building second. We do not start with a product and fit your business to it. We start with your business and build what it actually needs.

We spend more time in the discovery phase than most clients expect. That time pays for itself. Systems built on a shallow understanding of the operation break in ways that are expensive to fix.
